Gabrielle Baldwin has been swimming for 9 years, the last 3 years under the coaching of Bryan Olmstead. With Olmstead as her coach, Gabrielle won 1 gold, 2 silver and 5 bronze medals at the 2023 MSI Short Course State Championships and 1 gold and 4 silver medals at the 2023 MSI Long Course State Championships. Baldwin also made multiple qualifying times for Sectionals and Senior Zones (semi-national championships). In 2024, Baldwin added 2 more silver medals from state championships.

During her freshman year with ECCC, Baldwin not only qualified for the 2025 NJCAA Swimming and Diving Championships, but sent shock waves during her huge success at the competition. Originally, Baldwin was seated to place in B finals, and without earning a medal. Baldwin defied the odds, placing 8th in the 50y freestyle, 7th in the 100y butterfly, 6th in the 50y butterfly, and most triumphant of all, 5th in the 100y freestyle.

Baldwin is a Home School graduate from Laurel, MS, and works towards her engineering degree. She is one of six children of Angela and Jonathan Baldwin. In her free time, Baldwin enjoys arts and crafts and “eating way too many sweets.”
